ProductCamp Seattle 2013 is now history. Thank you to the 178 participants, the six great sponsors, the staffs at our venues, and the volunteers. See you next year.
What is ProductCamp?
ProductCamp is a participant-driven, collaborative unconference on topics related to Product Management, Product Strategy, and Product Marketing. Any participant can present a topic or run a group discussion.
On the day of ProductCamp, all attendees cast their votes for sessions and presentations they’d like to attend. Most popular wins – sessions with the most votes will be presented throughout the rest of the day.
ProductCamp has its heritage in BarCamp which is an international network of user-generated conferences (or unconferences). They are open, participatory workshop-events, whose content is provided by participants.
ProductCamp Seattle is organized by volunteers and members of the Product Management Consortium. The volunteers organize the day and secure sponsors to support the event.
Founded in 2000, the Product Management Consortium enables product management professionals in the Pacific NorthWest to connect, share, participate and learn from each other. The PMC organizes monthly seminars, regular networking lunches plus a vibrant online community.
